Some Background

The Cottage and Barn are on one ‘Village block’ of ˝ acre and the second block adjacent is the same.

We purchased another larger property in the village some years ago and this is now our home, hence our old ‘weekender’ of 20 years is let out as a B&B

We also have a small unit in the City as I need to still work until I retire.

There are no buildings on the second ˝ acre. It could be re sold or another house constructed on it….however. Total one acre. We will not sell separately.

We travel to and from St Albans each weekend, My partner usually mid week and I drive up on Friday and return Monday morning. The trip to Chippendale NSW 2008, Sydney is usually 1.5 hrs. never longer that 2 Hrs ....depending on the traffic.
It is 97 km from Chippendale to St Albans

We have a real estate agent, who can arrange for you to view the property, provided we do not have any guests staying at the time you wish to view.

Consider a purchase in cojunction with family or good friends to share the rural experiance.
This is a good way to split the costs, again between friends or family.

Regards, Ian Richardson.
